Is Phalaenopsis 'Dream Girl' a small-flowered variety?

Today, I'd like to recommend a red-series Phalaenopsis orchid - 'Dream Girl'.
Phalaenopsis 'Dream Girl' belongs to the small-to-medium flower type, with pure and rich Chinese red flowers that exude a passionate and bold color. The观赏期 (ornamental period) of a single flower can reach 3-4 months. Instead of wilting after blooming all at once, the flowers bloom sequentially, making it an excellent choice for both decorating home environments and as a gift.
Phalaenopsis 'Dream Girl' is almost identical in flower shape and color to the popular variety Phalaenopsis 'Buddha's Treasure', making it easy to confuse them when placed together. However, upon closer inspection, there are subtle differences: the petals of 'Dream Girl' have a natural velvet texture, giving them a low-key and sophisticated look when illuminated by light; 'Buddha's Treasure', on the other hand, has a more glossy texture, with petals that shine like they have a highlighter effect.
### Care Instructions
- **Temperature**: The optimal growth temperature is 18-28°C. In winter, the room temperature should not be lower than 15°C, and the plant should be moved to a warm indoor location in a timely manner; in summer, pay attention to ventilation and cooling to avoid a stuffy environment.
- **Watering**: Follow the principle of "water when dry, stop when moist". When using sphagnum moss as the growing medium, water only after the moss is completely dry, and water thoroughly. Immediately pour out any accumulated water in the tray to prevent root rot. Water once every 5-7 days in summer and once every 10-15 days in winter.
- **Light**: Prefers bright diffused light and avoids direct强光 (strong light). It is recommended to place it on an east or west windowsill, or use a sheer curtain to shade a south windowsill. Ensuring 4-6 hours of light daily is sufficient to meet its growth needs.
- **Fertilization**: Before the flowering period, apply phosphorus-potassium fertilizer once a month to promote flower bud differentiation; after the flowering period, switch to a general-purpose nutrient solution and follow the principle of "light fertilizer applied frequently" to supplement the nutrients required for plant growth. Note that fertilization should be reduced or stopped during the plant's dormant period.
### Precautions
1. Use a mixture of breathable sphagnum moss and bark as the growing medium, and avoid using ordinary garden soil.
2. The plant is sensitive to environmental changes, so try to minimize frequent moving to avoid affecting growth and flowering.
3. Pay attention to maintaining good ventilation in the growing environment to prevent the breeding of pests and diseases.
4. If root rot is found, trim the roots in a timely manner and disinfect them with an agent such as carbendazim.
